The Beach Club Villas sit in the EPCOT Resort Area, one of the most coveted resort locations at Walt Disney World. The International Gateway entrance to EPCOT — located between the France and United Kingdom pavilions in World Showcase — is just a short walk from the resort's back entrance, making this one of the easiest resort-to-park commutes on property. Guests can walk to EPCOT in approximately ten minutes, and Disney's Hollywood Studios is reachable on foot in about 20 to 25 minutes along a pleasant path around Crescent Lake. The Skyliner gondola system also serves the area, with the Hollywood Studios station accessible via a short walk, opening up additional transportation options. Disney buses serve Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The BoardWalk entertainment area, Yacht Club, and Swan and Dolphin resorts are all within easy walking distance, creating a rich and walkable neighborhood around Crescent Lake. Beach Club Villas offers Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, and Grand Villas. They are one of the more spacious studio options among WDW DVC resorts. One-Bedroom Villas accommodate five guests with a king bedroom, full kitchen, in-villa washer and dryer, a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, and a separate living room with a double sleeper sofa. Two-Bedroom Villas sleep nine guests and combine a One-Bedroom with a Studio. Grand Villas accommodate twelve guests across three bedrooms with full amenities. The Beach Club complex offers some of the best dining of any Disney resort area. Cape May Café serves a beloved character breakfast buffet featuring Mickey, Minnie, and friends in beach-themed attire, as well as a seafood-focused dinner buffet — both extremely popular with families. Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is a beloved 1950s-style diner renowned across Walt Disney World for its over-the-top ice cream creations, especially the 'Kitchen Sink' — a massive sundae served in a kitchen sink dish. It is small, perpetually busy, and an absolute must for dessert lovers. Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar and Grill offers casual poolside dining with sandwiches, burgers, and cocktails.

The adjacent BoardWalk, a short walk around Crescent Lake, adds an entire entertainment and dining district to the mix — including ESPN Club, Trattoria al Forno, Funnel Cake, and Flying Fish, one of the most acclaimed fine dining restaurants on Walt Disney World property.
