How Your First Rental Bonus Works
Automatic Bonus
No codes or special requests needed. The +$1.00/pt bonus is automatically applied to your payout on your first successful rental.
First Booking Only
This welcome bonus applies to your very first reservation successfully rented through DVC 365 — make it count!
Stacks on Top
The bonus stacks on top of our standard per-point rates. For example, if your reservation is paying out $19/pt, you will receive $20/pt for your first booking.
Example: See the Difference
Standard Rate
$19/pt
200 pts × $19 = $3,800
Your First Rental (Boosted)
$20/pt
200 pts × $20 = $4,000 (+$200 bonus)
* All rental rates are subject to change. For every reservation, DVC 365 always tells you exactly what you’ll be paid per point before you commit to anything — no surprises, ever.
Ready to Claim Your First Rental Bonus?
Submit your available DVC points today and earn your new member bonus on your first rental.
* For new DVC 365 members only. The First Rental Bonus applies to a single qualifying rental per DVC ownership — not per person on the deed. If multiple owners are listed on the same DVC contract, the bonus may only be claimed once across that ownership, regardless of who initiates the first rental with us.
