This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] by and between [RENTER NAME] ("Renter"), [DVC OWNER NAME] ("Owner"), and DVC 365, LLC ("Intermediary").

1. All Sales Final — No Cancellations or Changes

All sales under this Agreement are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, modifications, or changes can be made for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: hurricanes, flooding, snowstorms, natural disaster, acts of God, climatic conditions, park or resort closures, DVC reservation suspensions, Disney Vacation Club rule changes, government-mandated closures, power outages, health emergencies, or personal illness or injury. DVC 365, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $[DEPOSIT] is due within 48 hours of this Agreement being signed to secure the reservation.
• The remaining balance of $[BALANCE] is due no later than [BALANCE DUE DATE], which is typically 45 days prior to check-in for standard reservations.
• Failure to remit the balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation at the sole discretion of DVC 365, LLC.
• All payments are processed through DVC 365, LLC and are non-refundable once received.

3. Reservation Transfer

Upon receipt of full payment, the Owner will transfer the DVC reservation into the Renter's name through the Disney Vacation Club member system. The Renter will receive a confirmation email from Disney once the transfer is complete, typically within 1–3 business days. The Renter will then be able to access the reservation through their My Disney Experience account.

4. Renter's Responsibilities

• The Renter is responsible for purchasing Disney Park Tickets separately. Park tickets are not included in this reservation.
• The Renter is responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including airfare, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
• The Renter agrees to comply with all Disney Vacation Club resort rules, policies, and procedures during their stay.
• Any incidental charges incurred during the stay — including but not limited to room service, resort charges, or damages — are the sole responsibility of the Renter.
• The Renter agrees to treat the villa with care and leave it in a clean and undamaged condition.

5. Dining Plans

Disney Dining Plans may be added to the reservation at an additional cost, provided the request is made at least 30 days before check-in. Dining Plans must be added for all guests for all nights of the stay and are non-refundable once added. Contact DVC 365, LLC for current Dining Plan pricing.

6. Nature of the Reservation

The Renter acknowledges that this reservation is made using Disney Vacation Club points owned by a DVC Member. DVC 365, LLC is acting solely as an intermediary and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their affiliates. DVC 365, LLC has no control over Disney's resort policies, park operations, or reservation systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

DVC 365, LLC's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Renter. DVC 365, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. In the unlikely event that the Owner is unable to deliver the confirmed reservation due to circumstances outside DVC 365, LLC's control, DVC 365, LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to arrange alternative accommodations of equal or greater value. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, DVC 365, LLC's sole obligation shall be to refund the Renter's payment.

8. Travel Insurance — Strongly Recommended

Because all payments under this Agreement are non-refundable, DVC 365, LLC strongly recommends that all Renters purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruption. 9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. In the event of litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

10. Electronic Signature

The parties agree that electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as original signatures. This Agreement may be executed electronically.
