What is a DVC point rental?

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney's timeshare program. Members own points that can be used to book stays at Disney's Deluxe Villa Resorts. When members have points they won't use themselves, they can rent them through an intermediary like DVC 365. As a guest, you get to stay at a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort at a fraction of the cost Disney charges directly.

What amenities are included in my villa?

All DVC villas include complimentary Disney resort amenities: pools, transportation to all Disney parks, Extra Magic Hours eligibility, resort activities, and more. Deluxe Studios include a kitchenette; One-Bedrooms and larger include a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and multiple bathrooms.

Are park tickets included?

No. Park tickets are separate from your villa stay and must be purchased independently. We recommend purchasing discounted tickets through Undercover Tourist. You will also need valid park tickets to make park reservations in the My Disney Experience app.

Can I add a Disney Dining Plan?

Yes! Disney Dining Plans can be added to your reservation, provided they are requested and paid in full for all guests on the reservation at least 45 days prior to your check-in date. Contact us after your reservation is confirmed for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable. This is a firm policy that mirrors the DVC Owner's non-refundable points commitment to Disney. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of unexpected circumstances.

How do I make a booking request?

Visit our  page, enter your check-in and check-out dates, and click on the room that is available and fits your needs — then submit a request.

When will my reservation appear in My Disney Experience?

Once your reservation is booked, DVC 365 will provide you with the reservation confirmation number directly. You can immediately add this confirmation number to your My Disney Experience app to view your reservation details. Upon receiving the confirmation number, you will have 24 hours to submit payment in full to secure your booking.

Can I make Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs)?

Yes! Once your reservation is confirmed and you have added it to My Disney Experience, you are eligible to book Advance Dining Reservations up to 60 days before your check-in date — a major perk of staying at a Disney resort.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept both credit card payments and ACH bank transfers. Credit card payments have a 4.5% processing fee added to your invoice. All payment details, including instructions, are provided on your invoice. Full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your reservation confirmation number to secure your booking.

Question 14

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

While not required, we strongly recommend it. Since all DVC rentals are non-refundable, travel insurance protects you in the event of illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. Visit our  page for recommended providers.
