Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using DVC 365's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

DVC 365 acts as a concierge service connecting guests seeking Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resort accommodations with DVC members who have points available to rent.

2.1 Deposit and Balance

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining 75% balance is due 90 days before your check-in date.
• If your check-in date is less than 90 days away at the time of booking, full payment (100%) is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

2.2 Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (ACH): No additional fees
• Credit or Debit Card: Subject to a 4% processing fee to cover payment gateway costs

2.3 Taxes

No taxes are applied to DVC point rentals. The quoted price is the final price, subject only to the payment method processing fee if applicable.

2.4 Small Stay Fee

Reservations of fewer than 4 nights are subject to a $75 small stay fee to cover administrative costs.

2.5 Failure to Pay Balance

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date (90 days before check-in or within 48 hours for last-minute bookings), your reservation will be automatically cancelled. The 25% deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.

4.1 Availability Request

Submitting an availability request does not guarantee a reservation. We will search for availability based on your preferences and notify you within 24-48 hours.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

Once we find availability and you accept the terms, your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the 25% deposit. You will receive a written rental agreement and an official Disney confirmation number.

4.3 Guest Name on Reservation

The reservation will be made in the name of the lead guest provided at booking. The lead guest must be present at check-in with valid photo identification matching the name on the reservation.

4.4 Changes to Reservation

Changes to dates, resorts, or room types after booking are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Change requests must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees. DVC 365 is not responsible if changes cannot be accommodated.

• Provide accurate guest information, including legal names as they appear on government-issued ID
• Arrive at the resort with valid photo identification
• Comply with all Disney resort policies and rules
• Treat the DVC resort property with respect
• Not sublease, transfer, or resell the reservation
• Not misrepresent themselves as DVC members

6.1 Service Role

DVC 365 acts solely as an intermediary between guests and DVC members. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of DVC members or The Walt Disney Company.

6.2 No Guarantees

While we make every effort to facilitate reservations, DVC 365 does not guarantee:

• Availability for any specific dates, resorts, or room types
• Specific room assignments, views, or locations within a resort
• Resort amenities, services, or operating hours
• Disney park operations, hours, or availability

6.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall DVC 365's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the reservation in question.

DVC 365 is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Vacation Club, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All Disney trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to The Walt Disney Company.

DVC 365 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Terms agreed to at the time of booking will govern that specific reservation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DVC 365 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
