How DVC Point Rentals Work — The Booking Process
Search Availability
Use our real-time Availability Search to browse available DVC Deluxe Villa rooms by date. Filter by resort, room type, and view. See pricing estimates instantly.
Submit Your Request
Found a room you love? Click "Request" and fill out your preferences. A DVC 365 team member will confirm availability and prepare your Rental Agreement within 1 business day.
Sign & Pay
Review and e-sign your Rental Agreement. Pay your deposit to secure the reservation. The balance is typically due 45 days before check-in.
Reservation Transferred
Once payment clears, the DVC Owner transfers the reservation. DVC 365 will provide you with your official Disney Reservation Number, which you can then add directly to your My Disney Experience app — typically reflected within 1–3 business days.
